PCOS • Support Tea is formulated with White Peony and Ginger. May help balance hormones, alleviate stagnation of the womb and pelvic congestion. 

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, also known as PCOS, is a reproductive imbalance that affects the hormones, causing cysts to grow on the ovaries, irregular menstruation, ovulation and sometimes hirsutism, or excessive facial and body hair growth.

Do not consume if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication for hypertension. Use only until symptoms are reversed and in 6 month intervals.

Bring spring water to a boil on stove or heat water in a kettle.

  1. Using infuser: Fill a tea ball infuser with 1-2 tsp of loose leaf tea, remove water from heat. Place infuser into cup, pour water over infuser and allow to steep before drinking.
  2. Using tea bag: Fill the unbleached cotton bag with 1-2 tsp of tea, remove water from heat. Place infuser into cup, pour water over tea bag and allow to steep before drinking.
  3. Using a tea press: Pour 1-2 tablespoons of tea into tea press, remove water from heat. Pour water over herbs into tea press. Allow to steep, press and enjoy.
