Loose Herbal Incense • 11VEN is a blend of 11 herbs, resins and berries. Formulated for energetic cleansing of your space, protection, awakening, relaxation, overall lifted spiritual vibration and connection to the divine. This blend assists with achieving and maintaining a mindful meditation.

Incense come roughly grounded.

YOU WILL NEED:

• a heatproof bowl (stone, clay, cast iron etc)
• a charcoal disc or coal
• a lighter
• tongs
• sand/salt (optional)
• + your incense blend 

TO USE:

Prepare a heatproof bowl by adding sand/ash/salt to it (optional, but this disperses the heat) Hold disc with tongs and light until it starts to spark. Place into the bowl. Once the disc heats, sprinkle or scoop a little of your loose incense resin onto the disc. Open a window and enjoy Nature’s warm and pleasant aromatherapy. Walk throughout your home and speak what energy you would like to release and invite into your space. Continue to add incense to your disc as they burn as many times as you want and the coal will allow. When complete, allow resin to cool and burn to ash, discard the ashes mindfully and intentionally.
