MAMÏ is a Postpartum Hip Bath and Yoni Steam formulated for support during perineal healing and restoration after birth. MAMÏ is formulated with gentle herbs that may support healthy cell regeneration, alleviate soreness and bruising, soothe skin as it heals, and may prevent infection while reducing swelling.

TO USE:
- HIP BATH: Pour a quart of boiling water over 1/2c of herbs. Allow to steep and cool until lukewarm. Add to sitz bath and soak for 10-20 minutes.
- BATH: Soak in a warm bath with baby or add cooled, diluted tea to baby’s navel for cord healing.
- Make tea, cool and add to a Peri Bottle for an after bathroom rinse.
- Make tea and pour onto pads, freeze and use intermittently for pain relief.

AVOID YONI STEAMING IF YOU:
- are pregnant or think you may be
- have a fever
- have an IUD
- are bleeding, spotting or menstruating
- have any open sores
Wait until you are no longer bleeding before postpartum or perineal steaming. Yoni steaming can begin as early as 2-5 days after giving birth, once heavy bleeding has stopped and afterbirth has passed.
