Sea Moss is rich in antioxidants that protect the cells from free radical damage (dis•ease causing damage). Shown to improve energy levels, immune function and response, to support heart and gut health, traditionally used to prevent flu and cold viruses, may combat inflammation, support hormonal balance, fertility and libido.

Contains essential b-vitamins like folate, minerals like iron, magnesium + more and is an excellent source of iodine which is necessary to support thyroid function.

Expands to over half its size. This product is wild harvested and does not come pre-cleaned. Please wash thoroughly and multiple times before soaking with key lime.

Wash 2-3 times to remove ocean debris, sand, shells etc. Put into a clean bowl and cover with 2 cups of Spring water. Add key limes and soak overnight or until moss expands. Once expanded, strain and transfer to a blender with equal parts Spring or distilled water, blend until it reaches a smooth applesauce consistency. Add more liquid until desired consistency is reached. Store sea moss in a clean, airtight mason jar and refrigerate. Consume within 2 weeks of refrigeration.
