Yoni steam ‘Yeyo’ is our Fertility + Womb Strengthening Blend. 'Yeyo' is a soft, gentle blend that supports a healthy uterine lining, honors the womb and promotes fertility, releasing old tissue/residue. 'Yeyo' is designed to encourage regular ovulation and menstrual cycles, improve the chances of implantation and may restore absent periods by addressing hormonal imbalances.

Yoni steaming is the ancient practice of sitting or squatting over a pot of water infused with herbs. ‘Yoni’ is Sanskrit for ‘womb, vagina, origin of life, sacred place,’ and is also a symbol of the goddess, the Divine Mother and feminine.

Cultivated with floral, herbal essences and feminine health in mind, the 'Indigo Collection' aims to support you in:

How to Use:

Find a dim, relaxing, private environment to conduct your steam. Cleanse your space physically and spiritually with sage, palo santo, or incense. Feel free to light some candles or turn on some music.

You will need a large heat safe container (ceramic, glass, stainless steel pot or bowl, NOT plastic). Bring approximately 8 cups of spring or alkaline water to a low boil in a medium sized pot. Pour 1/2c of your herbal steam into the pot and cover. Turn off heat and allow to steep. This is a good time to prepare your steaming space. Transfer to your heat-safe bowl or container. 

You will need a blanket large enough to wrap around your entire lower body. If you are able, the ideal position is kneeling or squatting. This is the most open position of the pelvis, although it may not be an option for everyone or comfortable for long periods of time. You can also alternate between squatting and kneeling while bending over into a frog pose with your elbows on a pillow or the floor. You may also choose to purchase a vaginal steam stool, creatively put one together, just ensure that your seat is sturdy. There are so many ways to Yoni Steam, as long as you are safe, be creative.

It is very important to test the temperature of the steam before using.

Disrobe from the waist down, sit on your chair or squat with your yoni positioned above your steaming bowl. Be careful not to sit too close to the bowl or the water to prevent burning your delicate space. Wrap your lower body in blankets creating a tent-like environment to keep the steam inside. Pray and set an intention for what you would like to release or welcome into your sacred space. Grab a book, a journal, or feel free to just relax or meditate. Steam for 25-30 minutes. To treat menstrual pain, steam at least twice in the week leading up to your moon cycle.
