CLAY BASED BEAUTY
Clay has been used in the worlds most ancient beauty rituals as a skin, hair treatment and cosmetic. Clay is extremely intelligent and mineral rich. It uses a magnetic pull to attract and bind to impurities living on and beneath the skin surface. Clay detoxes the skin without stripping moisture, oils and sebum from the skins protective barrier.
Consistent use of clay in your beauty rituals may improve skin tone, skin texture and enhance your overall complexion without compromising moisture and living skin cells.
TO USE FOR FACE:
Add 2-3 tablespoons of clay to a non-metal bowl. Add equal parts apple cider vinegar + water and mix clay to a smooth paste consistency. Add more clay or liquid as needed. Apply a thick layer of clay to face and neck and allow to dry. Drying times are 10-15 minutes for sensitive skin and 20-25 minutes for normal skin. You will feel a pulling and tightening sensation as mask hardens.
Once it has dried, remove clay by washing with warm water or cloth. A slight redness may appear after removing the clay. This is normal and will disappear within the half hour. Follow up with Herbal Facial Toner SILVA and your choice of moisturizer.
All clays can be used as a facial mask, scrub, armpit detox or womb clay pack.

Soaking in a clay bath may stimulate the lymphatic system to release toxins from the skin and tissues. When toxins are not released properly through the lymphatic system they are reabsorbed, leading to impaired immunity and disease. The lymphatic system is our largest immune defense, the system that detoxifies the body and filters toxins, free radicals and heavy metals from our tissues to the bloodstream and finally to the spleen for purification.
- DRY BRUSHING: an Ayurvedic technique intended to stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic flow before bathing. Use body brush on dry skin and brush towards your heart space.
Add Detox Clay Bath Powder RELEASE to a warm bath. Apply clay to your underarms as an armpit lymphatic detox.
Apply clay to your lower abdomen as a Womb Detox Pack to increase circulation, support a gentle detox of impurities and to warm the womb. Using clay packs in adjunction with perineal steaming and womb massage are natural ways to nourish your womb. These self-therapies may support one in reproductive health, fertility, unblocking, releasing toxins and energy from the womb.
