MOVE is a colon cleansing tea that may stimulate bowels with muscle contractions, relieve upset stomach, indigestion, constipation, nausea, gas and bloating.

Bowels should move within 8-10 hours. Drink plenty of water to stimulate bowels, prevent abdominal cramping or discomfort.
Formulated for short-term use only. Drink only as needed. Do not exceed usage more than 2-3 days at a time. Could speed the elimination of pharmaceutical drugs from the body. Avoid if taking iron supplements or separate by two hours. Best used before an herbal detox or for a gentle cleanse.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

TO PREPARE:
Bring spring water to a boil on stove or heat water in a kettle.
- Using infuser: Fill a tea ball infuser with 1-2 tsp of loose leaf tea, remove water from heat. Place infuser into cup, pour water over infuser and allow to steep before drinking.
- Using tea bag: Fill the unbleached cotton bag with 1-2 tsp of tea, remove water from heat. Place infuser into cup, pour water over tea bag and allow to steep before drinking.
- Using a tea press: Pour 1-2 tablespoons of tea into tea press, remove water from heat. Pour water over herbs into tea press. Allow to steep, press and enjoy.
