TO USE:

Place 1-2 tablespoons into a wide glass or ceramic bowl. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over herbs. Briefly cool to a comfortable temperature, drape a towel around your back and over your head, trapping the steam in a tent-like environment. Take 15-20 minutes, or until the water cools, to enjoy this herbal aromatherapy. Afterwards, rinse face with cool water and pat dry. Tone and moisturize.

• Leftover steam may be reheated or cooled to make a sinus compress or strained and used as a botanical bath tea.
